She is MCIPD qualified (Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development). Her strategic work has helped Companies in growth phases deliver against their objectives. She has received a commendation from Ofsted for resolving the longest running strike in Education History and in 2021 won the She Inspires Award for her work in cultural transformation. All members of her team are professionally qualified, and we pride ourselves on understanding from the inside your needs. As HR professionals we undergo continued professional development to ensure we remain up-to date with any changes to employment law and working practices We carry personal professional indemnity insurance and take responsibility for the advice and work we undertake.
