Hot & Wild Poke

We are an independent food vendor having just launched our first location in Salford Quays serving Hawaiian Japanese fusion cuisine with a twist. Customer favourites include our Japanese rice balls (with a choice of marinated steak, Japanese fried chicken, and garlic & coriander king prawns), Hawaiian garlic shrimp, and loaded steak or chicken sweet potato fries. We have a sheltered, heated outdoor seating area and if you prefer to sit inside you can order the food to be delivered to your seats upstairs.
